Help over watering in soil.

I'm betting he watered in eacwwrgh plant with an entire gallon and drowned the shit out of them.

You can't drown a plant with a single watering. Run a gallon of water through it, or run ten gallons through and the soil will be holding the same amount of moisture when done.

Water with a gallon every day, and then you'll see what happens when you over water.

You can when you just transplanted them. The saturated soil bricks up and soaks the roots down for days because there's no drainage set up yet. It's freshly packed soil. It's not the same as watering an established plant.

I transplanted plants 1 week into flowering, small plants that never saw anything but 12/12 light.
They went from well established roots in a 6" clay pot to 3 gallon pots.
I had hoped to get them under 18/6 before they started to flower.
Transplanting 1 week into flower cause a short stint with hermies on 20% off the plants from the initial shock.
I am in used ffof that was amended and has 10% perlite added.
The plant pictured gets watered today, in 2 days it will be 6 weeks since transplant. Since transplant it has been watered 3 times, it is getting watered the 4 the time today. This plant has no issues 6 week in.
Transplanted 7-15-17.
Time between watering, 14 days, 12 days, 7 days, 7 days(today).

Well after a four day dry period the plants have seem to responded positively to the last watering of RO water. I'll probably keep them off the nutes for a few weeks since this FFOF soil seems pretty hot.

For future refrence there is a cure for over watering. Plants soficate when over watered because they use all the oxigen from the moisture then drown. Mix a weak solution of ro and h202. The h202 adds a shot of o2 to the root zone
Note.... Microbes will need to be readded
