i liked the sound of piling boxes and shit all around it. also, i know nobody likes the sound of cutting there lights off sparatically. but if you could shut them off just before he gets there. and just turn them on once he leaves. that plus the junk piled should seem totally normal. and having your lights off for a couple hours is way better than getting fount out, and shouldnt set them back that much. good luck!
