Help: Plant problem at transition

I am using a two room setup. One room is in my basement indoors. I use it for vegetative growth and am growing under t5's. The temperature maintains somewhere between 70-80 at all times and the humidity is fine and I have had no trouble with any of my plants while they are indoors under the t5's. They grow strong and healthy and surprisingly fast.
The other room is built in my garage and is used for flowering. It is insulated, air-tight, with 4000 watts of light (3 x HPS and 1 x MH) as well as a 2 ton 24,000 Btu A/C and CO2. The temperatures on my unit (basic two part unit with indoor/ outdoor temp and humidity measure) reads (indoor) 82 and (outdoor) 89 with a humidity of approximately 26 % (but have a humidifier on order on the way to raise that up to 50-55 %). When the lights are on, the temperature readings are pretty consistent (fluctuation of +/- 1 or 2 degrees). When the lights go off the temperatures drop to approximately (indoor) 72 and (outdoor) 79.
My CO2 levels maintain between 1250 ppm and 1500 ppm and the CO2 is on a feedback loop to shutoff automatically when the lights go out.
As I understand, anytime you transition a plant from one environment to another, it is bound to go through some amount of shock (the amount depending on the severity of the change in environment).
Right now I am growing AK-47's. I have transitioned three of them into the flowering room, and all three have gone from looking like healthy plants with healthy leaves to what you will see in the picture attached.

Any help is appreciated. I am currently growing in Roots Organic Green Lite soil. The plants have not been overwatered. Much thanks in advance for any help and advice.

And, in case the picture does not show the problem clearly:
The new growth leaves are curling down. The old fan leaves, the big ones, some are beginning to curl and others are maintaining that good and healthy appearance.

It's probably just light shock, bro. They don't look burned or deficient. That will pass soon. Usually takes a couple days.

Peace,
