help please 2 plants stunt growth white hairs

I have 2 plants both same strain chrystal nirvana about 4 or 5 weeks into flower, they both have same soil mix of perlite/peatmoss/potting soi/batguanol both have been watered with water, and alaskan fish shit. and one plant the buds are coming in great the hairs are long and beautiful but the other has stunted small bad looking hairs and not much of the, i did accidently burn the top of 1 cola but they have been toped and shit , but would that stunt the growth of the entire plant? if not whats going on? should i be worried or just let it go or is it even worth keeping will i get anything from it ? any help i apreciate! thanks

Plants will grow different. Some will be better then others.

Topping is over rated and should not be done.

Looks ok to me. I would agree with Dirtyboy. Just keep doing what your doing and they should bulk up.
