Help please! 5 weeks into flowering and dying fast! white widow, tangerine dream

its important to have the proper tools with hydro, and its ok to start with cheap ones. its hard to say on the roots but they do look a little mushy, i would flush with tap water, there is no need to ph flush water or cloner water, ph affects nute uptake through the roots and with only water there is no need. if you have acces to a hydro store get clearex or another flush agent to help break up the salt. i would also recommend a beneficial bacteria, like greatwhite or podzyme. keep temps below 70 in the res.
Thank you so much for all of your help! I flushed with plain water and a little h202 and they showed a tiny improvement before the light cycle went off. They looked a bit greener and like some of the leaves were trying to start standing up again. Gonna go to the store tom and pick up a clearing agent and possibly some greatwhite as well. I also had another question about the white widow if anyone knows the answer. The widow was later in her flowering cycle and when these problems started all the pistils kinda shrank up and a really good amount of them turned orange/brown already and I was wondering if the plant could even come back from this or If I'm going to have to harvest early. I smells a bit stronger but It really doesn't have that many resin glands on it and I know its definitely supposed to be a few weeks away from maturing like this. The lower branches are affected more than the top but its still everywhere. Thanks again for your time, you've been very helpful.

Dont put great white in ur dwc. Maybe get hygrozyme? If u stick with h202 be sure to use 20% at like 3mls a gallon. The 3% is useless. I hear dwc growers like the dutch masters root sanitizer?forgot the name. Dwc is best with synthetic nutes and sterile water. Bennies would do u no good imo

greatwhite or pondzyme will work perfectly in dwc, i have done it for a while and never had an issue but i have huge root systems.

It looks almost like the plants grew too fast for the amount of roots that you have. All the leaves just look like they are starved almost...not starved for food, but starved for water. Are you sure you have enough bubbles going in there? Those plants look like they used to look great and then bam, awful...What are your temps? Is there a huge change between lights on and lights off?

to me it looks like a soil plant that someone forgot to water... so how big are your air stones? got enough 02 bubbling up to let your roots breathe?

Hygrozyme and h202 counter act Eachother, id go with h202 until shit clears up. Then pondzyme or hygrozyme... Jmo

Thanks for your reply! I have another tangerine dream twice the size of that one with the same airstone/pump thats doing great and I did double check to make sure the stone is putting out the same amount of bubbles and it was flowing fine. They were doing great before this temps with lights on are mid 80's and about 70 or so at night

Thanks again to everyone who has helped me out! Sorry bout the late update but I was without internet for awhile. I couldn't make it to the hydro store and I decided to harvest the white widow early. 95% of the pistils were brown and the roots looked worse and there was no life in her but maybe its salvageable we'll see when its dry. The tangerine dream isn't doing well but its still alive barely, still trying to get a clearing agent on time but I flushed again with tap water and h202 again today so just waiting to see what happens.

you can get at the hydro store. other than that its kinda hard to find. its highly explosive and corosive so its expensive to ship. advantages of using h202 over hygrozyme is the price. h202 is only like 20 bucks a gallon. further more i believe that dwc and most hydro, excluding coco hydro, should only use non organic nutrients due to the fact that the root zone doesnt colonize with myco's or trichoderma (bacteria and enzymes) you would be best off in my opinion saving 30 bucks and not grabbin the great white. the h202 would kill that shit immediately anyway. h202 can be kinda harsh go easy.. or maybe even try dmasters zone. my friend gets 1.7lbs with 6 plants in dwc under one kw. and the zone is his secret weapon he says. but he also uses humic acids via floralicous plus which is a organic product so i maybe wrong about the bennies in aqua culture

stop using the 3% peroxide. it will do more harm that good. it has buffering agents in it that arent good for your plants.
