Help Please. Can I use gardening soil for indoor grow?

So I saw a giant bag of organic miracle grow on sale at big lots for %8. So I bought it.

Its gardening soil! I should have got potting soil.

I tried to start a seed in it anyway and it broke the surface before the seed in potting mix.

I germinated 2 seeds, both had the same size tap root. I put them in 16 oz part cups. One cup with potting mix and 1 cup with mg organic gardening mix.

I mixed the organic gardening soil with perlite.

Can I use gardening mix indoors?

do it! as long as its nute free u dont want to fertilize the plant till its about a month old

Well, for the record I am using it as a trial so I will let you know. I got 1 seedling in it and its growing fine I think. It looks retarded but I think thats genetic. It was just a random shitty bag seed. I returned the rest of the bag for a full refund.

Do you really wanna know waht I have to say, miracle grow sucks balls for growing pot. If you got it cheap it will work as any soil medium would.

Im just surprised that someone did not say the obvious. Gardening soil is made for outdoor use and should not be used indoors. If you are going to use it dont expect much. Gardening soil gets very compact over time and does not provide the ideal drainage needed for growing MJ.
P.S. It was just a test. Im rockin the Fox Farms Ocean Forest now. As I said I returned that other shit.

I use ocean forest. I was told at the hydro store that, ocean forest soil is crap and that it is full of sawdust. He then showed me this other bag that was the same amount of dirt but was 4x the size. He showed me the dirt and how it crumbles perfectly in my hands next to ocean forest. I was pissed I had bought a pallet of ocean forest the day before. lol guess im stuck with it for a few years.
