the light is not to strong..infact its weak....i would go to 12/12 now....that plant will get way to big for a 150 hps real fast....i know i own 2 of them...and feel them weak compared to big boy lights.....good luck bud.
Should I go to 12/12 now even though the plant is only 5-6 inches tall ?

Oops I was trying to say I wouldn't give them any nutes at all for a little bit and see if everything rights itself, but they were really just as curly in the first pics as in the last...is it possible she is outgrowing the pot she is in? If not then I chalk it up to seedlings are weird and she may have just been slightly over nuted...but I am not sure of that to tell the truth...
Hey dude I only just saw the bit about outgrowing the pot lol, erm the pot is actually 1 gallon container, I only moved it into that on Tuesday and was hoping that it would be its final pot that it could live in, but am I wrong ?

At least a three gallon pot! That might be a problem there.

No,No and No. They have to be bigger than 5-6 inches if you want any production.
Yes I thought so, Im going to let it get to about 9-10 inches then put it to flower. I have followed someones advice and put the plant into a MUCH larger container but the leaf edge curling is worse than ever, I was worried before but now im distraught lol because it isnt looking too good at all, I will post pics now guys and please have another look if you can. It is now 25-26 days into veg, it seems to be getting wider but not taller, I apologise for my noob-ness but I guess everyone has to start somewhere, so please take it easy on me haha. I have done hours of reading but to no avail over this issue so my only option is to post pics and let one of you veteran growers take a look again. Sorry for mithering but this matter is grinding me. Thanks guys/girls. Pictures are below. I have uploaded quite alot of photos so that you can have a good ole look :) I have also included a picture of my (poor) but hopefully OK set-up. All comments will be treated as positive.

Thanks for your time.

I think it's your soil. Try the potting soil for African Violets. Like that stuff. Get a shallow wide pot. They need a shorter depth for better drainage or you will have a hard time drying out the soil and get root rot.

I think so too if your having an issue like leaf curl that right after transplant (not drooping which would probably be a watering issue).Black Gold or Happy Frog if you can get it (looks like your from the UK) and a suite of acceptable nutes. There are no dumb questions (well maybe)!
