I have 2 babies going and all has been well up until the last week or two. I transplanted them into 5 gallon buckets with regular soil. When i transplanted them i cut the old plastic pots off careful not to hurt the roots. I then watered with fish emulsion. Pretty much since then my leaves have been turning yellow and brown. The leaf tips also curl downwards. I posted 4 pictures. Please help me out if have any advice. Thanks...IMG_20120523_173905.jpgIMG_20120523_173923.jpgIMG_20120523_173957.jpgIMG_20120523_174007.jpg

I've been using fish emulsion. And I had just transplanted into new rugular soil. So I thought maybe it was the soil so I transplanted the one that was worse into miracle grow. I don't know.

need u to answer some questions.

What type of soil?
How often do u water?
what kind of light and what distance?
How old is she?
What nuts and how much and how often do u feed?
What is the PH of the soil?

Im not sure what strain they are. Im hoping something really good...lol
Not sure of the type of soil, something from the local co-op store. Just regular soil...not potting soil.
I water about once maybe twice a week. Less now that they ar ein 5 gallon buckets.
2 four ft. flourescent bulbs...cool white about 3-4 inches away. No heat whatsoever
They are both about 5-6 weeks old
only fish emulsion used along with neem oil spray occasionally.
No clue of the ph. I plan to go get it tested tomorrow.

One plant looks great up top. The other plant has brown spots on almost all fan leaves

I'm gonna sub here, but once you test PH you should PM me! I check the boards a few times a day and I'll be sure to check it tomorrow as many times as I can to help you save your babies ^.^

Just had the soil tested. One plant is at 6.1 ph and .22 for conductivity (EC) nutrients

The second plant was at 6.8 ph and .68 conductivity (EC) nutrients.

Let me know any opinions...

Fish emulsions are 3-5 PH usually (to my knowledge), so they'd lower it. get that 6.1 up to 6.5 or so and you'll be set. I don't personally deal with EC but I know you shouldn't go above .7.

Get some more pics after you fix the overwatering problem.

so if I use fish emulsion to feed how do i counteract the ph offset? should i add lime whenever i add the fish emulsion?
