Help Please-Seedlings leaves are curling under

This seedling sprouted about 3 days ago- Looked fine until this morning when I noticed the curled leaves. It is in a Folgers coffee container, one air stone which is producing plenty of bubbles. Using RO water ph'd @ 5.7 right now. I have yet to introduce nutes, oh yeah, it is under two 23W Floro's about 1 inch away. I mean it looks green and sturdy as hell. Is this normal? Any coments or suggestions are welcomed!! I apologize for the crappy pic but you should be able to see what I am talking about
