ORR save yourself some cash and use a cap of hydrogen proxyde instead of buying that H202, only difference is H202 is 35% and HP is 3%.... Price tag is big difference, H202 I dont remember but a big bottle of HP at walgreens is $1
Your pic looks like it is the very first sets of 1 or 3 bladed leaf. If thats the case its perfectly normal that they just die off like that as they grow bigger. dont sweat it. If it keeps progressing I would say a CA deficiecy.

7.8 ph? Thats way way way way way way too BASIC. You need to get it more Acidic. Go pick up some PH Down and start pre-ajusting the water you use to water the plants and keep it around 6.2-6.5. And then water your plant until it over-runs into the overflow container and then use a PH tester and run the PH of the overflow water.
