OK. That's good enough to start a plant, but you'll need a 14 watt to get anything out of it to smoke. And pull the cap off like you did to this one.
Flush the plant like I said. That should fix it. Just don't love it to death with over watering and over feeding and you should be good to go.

Thank you bro for your care about my case
I will water it twice a week its oki for this soil
And i will use 3 or 4 lamps like this after 2 or 3 days
And in veg stage i will use 100w led and 400hps

Veg stage you don't want the hps you want mh.(metal halide). The hps will work but your going to get a LOT of stretch during veg

Here i cant find mh anywhere only hps and led
I have many of this 9 wat lamp and i have 100wat led and i have 400w hps
