Help Please!

I am new to growing and I'm not sure if it's going well or not please look at the pictures and let me know why some leaves are getting a bright yellow outline others seem to be deformed and curling and most of the mature leaves are single leaves and not the usual 5-7 leaf pattern help

1st of all you plants look way overwatered
2nd the twist up on your leaves is probably from a ph imbalance
whats your watering ph?
are you using any nutes?

I see signs of heat stress, nutrient issues and overwatering....
What are you feeding them?
What kind of lights are you using?
How close are the lights?
How many hours of light and dark are you giving them?
What kind of soil are they in?
How old are they?

the plant is about 2 1/2 months its in pro-mix soil-less medium, I use a general fertilizer 10*10*10, and it is under a 1000 watt grow light about 18" from the top of the plant 16 hrs of light 8 dark and not sure of how hot it is back there what should the temp be at?

Monitoring temps is very important when using those HID lights. Depending on strain these, plants can thrive in temps from 50-90 degrees F (depending on ventilation). Try to keep your daytime temps under 80 and nighttime temps over 60. Basically, if it's a comfortable temp for you then your plants should be fine. If you go into your grow area and start feeling hot and sticky, then it's too warm/humid for your babies.

It could just be the strain but the leaves look a bit spindley and the new growth looks twisted up. This could be a humidity or pH issue. Since you are using a balanced plant food, I suspect lockout. Some nutrients stay for a while in the grow medium, while others get washed out quickly.

How often are you feeding and watering?
Have you tested the pH of your soil?
Do you have anything to move air around in your grow area?
Are you growing in the open, or in a grow box/closet?
What soilless medium are you using? Looks like regular MG soil to me.

P.S.
Soilless meduims tend to run acidic (pH below 6).
