I have 5 Feminized (Bubbha 76, Sour Diesel, Blue Widow, Og Kush, Liberty Haze) 4 day old plants growing that I got from attitude beside a 3 week old Plant that I grew from seed that I got out of a reggie stash. My question is Should I have the 3week old growing right beside the 5 Females since I dont know if its a male or female?

just keep a good eye on it and look for balls to pop up. even with fem seeds i ALWAYS keep a real good eye for males and hermies.

I've been seeing a lot of people say hermies. What is that exactly? Also on the 3 week old I see little hairs growing at the top of the node. Havent seen the pollen balls.

hermi is short for hermaphrodite which is a female and male on the same plant. little pollen pods can randomly show up in the middle of your nice buds and pollenate everything like a male would.

Is there any way to advoid a hermi? I would be piss if my high grade ladies have seeds in them and Plus I want to clone thats why i got feminized seeds.

do anything possible not to stress them out at all. light leaking into their grow space during their lights off phase, over watering, not enough water, from what i hear just about anything can do it but its usally odd light cycles due to light leaks and stuff like that, that usually do it. some strains are just unstable and will hermi for the hell of it. which is why i said i ALWAYS keep an eye on ALL my plants real good wether it be a fem seed or not.

1st off, try not to grow more the 1 strain at the time , couse diffrent strains require diffrent EC (tds, ppm) so i wouldnt do that no more. As far as your plants, no problem FOR NOW; but if u MISS the males amongst FEMALES....there goes your grow. Keep your eyes on the plants and if you see and females or hermies and take them out.

Ok I did not know that. I only got them because them are always the strains I wanted to grow the most and I wanted more then 1 kind of bud to smoke. Also I was told that by me growing the plants when there ready to transplant from cup in Final 5 Gallon of Fox Farm Ocean Forrest that nutes was not needed until flowering so ppm is something I dont have to worry about until then.

id remove the reggie too n keep going with the good genetics.. no big problems with growing multiple strains, you just have to pay attention to them all separately so u can tend to their individual needs. look around the forum..folks growin 5 and 10+ different strains at the same time, takin notes n "dialin em in", with great success..y cant u?? some strains just require more/less attention then others.. their feed needs can differ from strain to strain and their food can be" TAYLOR MADE"(noticed ur a fellow wiz fan) or customized by the gallon to suit an individual plants needs..

ive never used ffof but heard its rich enough to carry u thru veg(givin its not a tree ur veggin).. hope this helps

ffof is good for 3 weeks then you can start with the grow big nutes and you can grow different strains but they need different things so keep an eye on them as bjoe says.

Ok thank alot. That's what I will do im going to trash the reggie. @bazookajoe yes a huge Taylor Gang fan. But as far as the Bubba 76 how is the smoke I heard it was some low grade? Also do you think it would be great if when they are at flowering stage and ready for Nutes that I should have all 5 plants their own gallon jug so im not feeding all the same sthrength? I plan on using Big Bud by Advanced Nutrients.

at first i would feed all the same AT HALF STRENGTH.. that will give u a starting point, and once u increase the dosage if u start to see negative or positive changes make a descriptive note.. if its a neg. change then login and start the diagnosis process(plant hospital thread and others as well as great advice from other growers to help with that.) much reading and trial n error will be involved however, and it'll take time to dial em all in but keep accurate notes of what certain strains do n dont like and then mix ur nutes accordingly as ur notes and growth progress.

Thats not true.PPM is a MUST! u have to check it and know what it is. Just like your PH. If not, your plants aint gonna do to good (deficiency, nutriens burn etc) Havent used Fox soil yet so i wouldnt know if they are saturated with nutrients.Water the soil and measure the run-off so youll know what is what.
