It does not look like mite damage to me...

I zoomed in and didn't see speckles or dots. The OP said it best "blotches"

"Where my blotches at?" Lol

I tried to focus on your pic hard to get a good view of the white blotches, it coud be white mildew. .. if it is you take 2 tea spoon of organic apple vinegar in one liter of water put the solution in a sray bottle and spay your infected plants it will help to get rid of the white mildew if that's what it is.You can try and it wont hurt your plant even if it's not mildew,it will even prevent molding in the future (prevention)

Likely a genetic variance/defect. Might grow out, might not, might not matter. Anyway, no treatment for this, it's not a growing problem. Not all seeds grow into beautiful babes, might have to drop something else...
