Help pls?

Hey guys. New here, I was on grasscity so many years ago. I've got a closet grow with a 150w LED going. I'm not very experienced but not a beginner either.
Could someone tell me why my saplings are laying down? Are they too close? I tried to get them close to 2ft away from the light. I have since repositioned them once to see if I could reroute the direction. And how soon do you think I should separate the 2 in the same cup? Should I provide some kind of support to get them growing upwards?

They look super stretched out from lack of light. Get light closer and add medium to support the stems.
