help plz big head on plant looks strange

Hi guys okay to give u some back ground info on the plant. its been growing for over a year in adark and damp enviro outside it was then put in full son for about5 months and it had a small but nice head ontop but we left it for awhile and now there are strange leaves coming out the head is this normal , the leaves dont look like weed leaves really when viewed close up. can you check the pic and give me some feed back please.

Yes it normal. The is returning to either the veg. or flower stage depending on light cycle........prob to flower stage if its outdoors this time of year. Anyway it is normal...............just transitioning between growth stages. Normal leaves will begin showing soon.........................
