Help Plz Spots

The last 2 pics are the smaller one who was attacked by bugs. I did have foil up for about 2 days then took it down after reading that it was bad as well

I saw the pixs, im still thinkin a fungi, especially if it is scab like. Personally I would hope it doesnt get too bad, if a particular leaf is really bad cut it off with sterile scissors. And try to keep is seperated from any healthy specimens. Best of luck.
Oh ya, if it geats so bad it kills your baby, bake the soil in a oven at low temp for a couple of hours to kill all pathogens and start anew.
