Help saving tall leafless plant!

I just got a plant of a random friend, it had a crap light, didn't grow properly, didn't have a timer or nutrient, its weak and easy to bend. How can i save it and make it make some buds?

Any help would be appreciated!

You have a canopy a set of leaves and a set of leaves. Clone it just under the set of leaves. Let it root and the flower it. OR just leave it alone.

I would also recommend cutting that stretchy lady right where you're holding her in the picture, Clone it, let it root, FIM a couple times, and the Flower

Was that grown in a solo cup its whole life? It needs to get a much better root system. If you transplant it into a bigger container and let it grow it will start to produce nodes. I would then clone it, throw away the crap plant, and start over with a plant that actually enjoys being alive.

Its dead. Dont Worry peoples, its as bendy as water. It cant even hold itself up. thanks for the feedback anyway!
