Help Securing CFL's

Literally just had a light fall and snap my beautiful seedling in half. I have been having WAY too many problems with lights. Using Power Bricks with adapters and Y splitters with 2x23w CFLs in each. Had the powerbrick upside down. The weight from the CFLs caused the adapter to pull from the brick. Can i be doing this an easier way? I want to stick to CFL's , wish I had the money for this http://www.hydrofarm.com/product.php?itemid=8986

I used to do exactly what you're doing, powerstrip, adapter, y splitters. Even 23w bulbs too. I just duct taped the adapter to the power strips. It was an easy fix.

I was doing that but it always managed to come loose. after this I'm not taking the chance. Also the power bricks can be adjusted in high.

Tie two strings around the power bar, one on each side.. Get a small hook or pully system, attach it to the middle of your roof.. nd run the two peices of string over the hook.. That worked for me, if you want you can have anuther hook by the door and tie it off there.. ie wrap the string around the hook nd through the two peices of string it
