Looks like some spider mites and nutrient issues, can you give us some background? indoor/outdoor/lights/nutes/soil.. the more the better

Edit: looks like Potassium deficiency.

its indoor lighting, and we are using fox farm everything. we just stared bigbloom today. the lighting is the T5 designer fluorescent lighitng, it is 120 v (33,600 lumens) and its three inches above the plants. some leaves even have holes in them

I've never used ladybugs for mites, but would have my doubts. I have used predator mites, and that was a waste of time. I now use the No Pest Strip (Hot Shot, various names) . Three days to kill the adults and three days to kill hatched eggs (a week total), then take it out, write the date on it, and put it in a sturdy ziplock bag for re-use.

Your ph should be at about 6.5 for soil. I would look under some of the leaves to see if you have any bugs lurking around. If not start watering with water and a small amount of clearex, I know its supposed to be for hydro, but it will help leach the excess salt buildup. You should be adjusting the ph of your water BEFORE you water the plants.
