help- should I pull?

Help I found this when I went to water. Looks like we are gonna have 5-6 decent days in a row what should I do ? First 2 are of what I think is Rot - last 2 are the plant and a bud with no rot.

Not sure but it could be bud worms did u check the inside n see <don't know how to describe it> rot

I've seen bud worm damage go to rot, but I don't see that here. Those damn caterpillars leave angry brown damage zones, I only see mold here.

If the weather is good, remove moldy bits and wait.
