HELP Strange White Spot/Gimpy Leaf

Hey all!

I have some Afghan Kush Ryder and it's acting strange. Just sprouted out of the ground yesterday, one of the seeds has a strange white spot on it and the leaf is gimpy. Attached are the best pictures I can get of her.

There's no heat stress at all with these babes and I haven't been using any nutes. Just good ol' light and water. Anybody know the issue? Seen this before? Is she gonna be okay?

what's the soil mix? the cups have holes in the bottom right?

The soil is the standard Happy Frog. http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/products_soils2.html And Yes, there are holes in the bottom of the cup.

hard to really see it in that picture, how can it have something wrong with the leave its barely just sprouted? is the seed pod off the two started leaves?

Yeah, the seed pod is off of it. That's why it's so strange. And the leaf with the huge white spot is the only one that's tilted downward.
