HELP! Termites??

I just checked on my outdoor grow and one of the plants was completely knocked over...

I had no clue what happened and at first worried someone had been out there and stepped on the plant.

After pulling the entire root ball out in an effort to save it I noticed lots of little termites next to the base and among the roots and realized they had completely chewed through the main stalk.

I'm super worried because my other plants are within about 10 feet of this one...

What can I do to prevent them from taking out my whole crop!

Azomax applied directly to the root zone , heavy drench as directed & those bastards will be dead with a quickness .

Dig up the entire area the affected plant was in to make sure you get all larve out of the area , then drench that area with diesel fuel if your thrifty , if you got more cash or are super green full strength azomax .

Good luck .

Thanks! I don't mind spending the money to save my plants... I think I'd cry if they started dropping off due to those bastards

No sweat man azomax is awesome shit that will kill anything that crawls or slithers , every grow shop I've ever seen stocks it too so it shouldn't be hard to source .

Termites will usually enter your home after making a nice place for themselves just outside. They typically make large colonies inside of old, dead trees or piles of wood. Make sure you keep your trees in good condition. If you notice any dead branches or your trees begin to die, call an arborist to remove them. As for wood piles, if you use them for firewood, keep them away from your home and spray them with a termite-specific poison occasionally. Experienced and trusted pest control companies termite inspection folsom can not only ensure meticulous inspection and flawless extermination, but are also knowledgeable enough to provide effective anti-pest treatments in your home to prevent pest infestation again in the future.
