Hey guys, I need help! My plants look worse every day (look at the picture). Can anyone tell me what's wrong with them. I water them every 2 days, temperature is 'round 23 celsius, I have 4x 120W compact neons... please help!

Your plants have not grown enough roots to use the water. When they do the soil will become lighter in color. With 120W compact neons I doubt the light can evaporate any water.

You asked for advice, Stop watering. Keep your roots temp around 80 degrees and ambient temps around 75. Look into getting a better light or they will stretch on you.

Good luck.

Overwatered. Feel the weight of the cup once its been fully watered then wait until its very light. You will know when its time. Make sure there is good drainage aswell

PH is too high. Not intense enuff light and or the spectrum sucks. use a MH 250 or better for vegee and a HPS 400 for flowering. Also inject CO2 during flowering.

PH is not the problem. I agree with the others it looks overwatered.

i've germed seeds and grown the plants till their third set of leaves in water with a PH of 8+, didn't effect them at all. the PH only matters when they start to need nutes, which is after the third or fouth set of leaves.

so yea, overwatered is my vote!

c'mon, 23 views and only one respond... sad... R.I.P.
That 1 response was correct and you get stroppy.
Now you have your wish with more answers but we all agree with overwatering, there isn't any magic pills to make it all better.:wall:
