Help top skinny leaves

My temps are around 66 at night and never over 75 in the day I'm week 2 of flowering can any one tell what is going on or what am I doing wrong my 1000 watt hps is about 2 feet away from the plants due to space issues but it is in a cool tube with cool air constantly running through my surface temp is always around 80 82 and room temp always 75 could

next time try taking pics when the hps just comes on will get a better pic

Better yet take It without hps on. Just take out of growroom while lights are on and take picture.

The leaves look like they are curling under a lot, which could be from overwatering. How often are you watering and how much at a time?

The leaves are curled under and your tips are burnt. Your 1000 watts are cooking it
