HELP!! Under developed buds?? Burnt?? Whats going on??

Ok. I have been looking for info on this all night and cant come across a thing. Last run my entire harvest was affected, and thrown out after week 4. I attributed it to light burn as plants were too close to light while I was on vacation. This time I made sure the light did not burn them and now still certain plants are showing the same thing halfway through week 3. The pistils look burnt, shriveled and scarce, unlike white and abundant, and the buds look like cauliflower, with NO frost or hair, and rock hard. Also they dont smell and are not sticky in the least. I dont know if it could be that I flowered directly from 24 hr light, but I never had a problem with that before but thats all I could think, that maybe the pre-bud sites werent formed yet?? Anyway, I am posting pics of the affected plants as well as the healthy for comparison. ANY help at all would be appreciated as I cant find anything and time is of the essence. Thanks all

ur plant doesnt look healthy at all, the leaves look like it could have some deficiency but im not a real pro, see what others have to say

it could be poor genetics, but it looks like u have some issues with her, have u treated for mites or used any pesticides on her?? sometimes this cause discolouration of pistols, also foliar feeding if not done correctly can harm ur plants. its hard to say really.

looks like it got burnt good, what light are you using?.

the educated guess would be that you are still keeping them too close to the light.

time to move on to the next grow i say, you will expend a lot of time and effort trying to get anything good out of those plants (if they are all like that, that is)

Water water water try that wing them back on to nutes and keep your light 2 feet away

what are your temps and do you have an exhaust fan?
