Can't say for sure, but it looks like powder mold. Or powdery mildew...which ever is correct I am not sure.

Is your humidity high? Try to keep it low in flower...say the 40's.

Good airflow will help too

...you've got PM....and it can be a BITCH!!! ...act now, or your whole damn garden can get wipped out!
...I would get some of this ---> http://www.greencure.net/

....get a dehumidifier in there and a bunch of fans! ...remove all your plants from the grow area, bleach/water the whole grow area from top to bottom!...let dry, apply the greencure to plants before putting them back into the grow area....reapply as instructed on label....good luck man, I think your main issue lies within your fresh air exchange most of the time with PM.

You need to act fast cause PM is no joke and spreads like wildfire!!! Trichome covered pretty much everything, but another thing you can do is raise your heat a little, that too will drop your humidity. How do you exhaust your grow room?

PM is a total pain in the ass! Learned this via Ed R: Get some old fashioned potassium bicarbonate at any garden store, mix it up with water and a little milk, spray it wherever you see PM. That will kill the hyphae on contact although PM is systemic, so this means all you are doing is keeping its reproduction in check. Trichome Fiend is totally right, you gotta be super OCD if you want to walk away from this blip.

Good luck!!!

The exhaust goes throw a hole in wall to outside.

I am running 1000w right now. I think I can change my ballast to a Super Lummen Setting. Should I switch to that?

Yea I got brand new bumbs. I got 3 fans inside the tent. 1 of them is sucking air from outside of 60 degree weather. and the other 2 are cooling the lights. I sprayed all my plants with green cure yesterday, they look a little better but still the leaves are rough to touch and a little curl. Also, I can't seem to get my humidity down. I am at 70% right now!!!!!!!!! Dammit. Gotta get a dehumidifier asap. Is it safe for plants to have a fan heater blowing to bring the temp up? My tent is about 78 with lights and 64 in dark.

...one more thing, I wouldn't spray your plants while the lights are on....you can burn your leaves.
...if your going to grow, odds are you need a dehumidifier...that's pretty much that.
