Help! Want to make my buds purple.

Hi I'm on my day 11 of flowering and I wanted to make my buds turn purple and I've heard that throwing the plant in a temperature that is about 50 degrees Fahrenheit will cause them to turn purple.

My question is at what stage of flowering should I put my plant in a place where's it's about 50 degrees, should I put do it once the buds are nice and ready to be harvested? Also what if I were to put it in the cold room in my basement would that be too cold? it's around 32-40 degrees in there

If you googled this you would've found your answer bro/gal..... Anyway (sigh!!) lol you didn't list what strain you had ?
Facts are your plant will not turn purple if it's in your strains genetics , if it's a purp like gdp or even some platinum cookies or something that has purple in them they will turn you can turn the kinda purple by low temps but even at that it's mostly just the leaves (wich you trim anyway) none on buds and your just going to stunt your plant and it will not grow to its best potential . My advice is just grow whatever you have in good conditions . And get the best smoke possible

I'm growing GDP.

The last 3 weeks of flower keep your night temps low. Maybe 50°f. This will help bring the purple out.

Your plants will turn is 60-65 night and 80-95 day no prob genetics. Yours look great but that has purp genes .

Got a journal of em .. Your nugs look good . Nice thick buds ! Cold temps defenitly will push em to a purp color especially with genes.
