Help wanted

I just adopted these two plants about a week ago. https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/247632-just-adopted-couple-ladies.html that is a link to my original thread with pics. On one plant the buds are literally starting to dry up a little on the plant. I need to know what to do here. Any help would be appreciated

under/overwatered or rootbound

you have showing iron-deficiencies, yellow and brighter leaves indicate so.

Yeah, this is a watering or root issue...

I really don't thing it's an iron def, since new growth isn't turning bright yellow or light green and I see no strnge yellowing leaves...
