Is your flowering light more powerful than the veg? Increased light means more photosynthesis which in turn means the plants draws more water through its leaves. This can lead to burning and deficiencies. Looks like calcium to me.

How close is your 400w HPS? It should be around 12-18 inches away from a healthy strong plant that has been growing with T8’s.
