Help! What is a cheap but good seed starting mix?

check out home depot. You can get little greenhouses with peat pellets or they should carry a little seedling starting mix displayed with the seeds and the peat cups. While your at it they had 27 watt daylkight cfl 2 packs on sale for 3 or 4$ I was there like last week.
