I was hoping it was a light issue as the only two with it were pretty close to the light

Looks like an old necrotic spot that just lost the dead material in the crater. Started very tiny and just got bigger as the leaf grew out. Just keep an eye on the whole plant.

I noticed the tip missing off the leaf which is why i thought pest (in addition to the spot)

That’s interesting that it’s on newer growth. My first thought was bug problem. Interesting. Can you take pics of the whole plant without the lights on?

i also did drop some hot soil on the leaves and didnt notice it untiltoday
