*HELP* What Is This/ *PLEASE HELP*

ok so i clipped allot of clones . alot are doing very well but about 4 of them have leaf damage and alot of the soil has white powdery shit on top of the soil but not under .. please help me identify .. im thinking spider mites or fungal gnats but i can not spot any spider mites and i can only see a few flee looking things that fly . please help . maybe a cause and solution . thank you so much for your help .. here are some pics

Can't tell from the picture, but I've been getting some mold on the soil of my house plants. Take a q-tip and put h202 on it then hit the white shit. If it dissolves just put a layer of perlite on the tops of the soil to prevent it.

it's obvious the dog ate the plant and is sleeping it off.

lol i think it was a mineral buildup because my ph meter was all fcked up

i get distorted growth like that when i accidentally put my clones in my full "hot" mix for my bigger girls. They grow out of it just fine.
