Help, Whats wrong with my plants?!

Hi all, Im new here, and Im currently on my first grow. Ive managed to keep 2 ladies alive and well into week #2 of Flowering. One is a Headband (Sour Diesel X OG Kush), and one is a Casey Jones. The Casey is far more fuller than the Headband, but I know that is to be expected, because Headband isnt a very big yielder. So the problem is, I believe I may have fried them with nutrients by following the schedule just like it says.... Im not sure if it is Nutrient Lockout, Nutrient Burn, some kind of Deficiency, Over Watering or disease. The leaves around the top and middle are Lime green and were curling downward. I took pics so you can see. Also, Im doing a Full Aurora Innovations "Soul Synthetics" line of Nutrients with Bud Ignitor, and Bud Factor X from Advanced.. I have each plant under their own 1000 Watt HPS (since I only had 2 ready for flower), I have a completely sealed room... Climate control, Co2, and cooled hoods.... Can anyone help? Thanks Also, The 1st 2 pics are my clones at 2 weeks old. Could you tell me if these look ok?

Guide for Diagnosing Plant Problems
I came across this neat little list that can probably help a lot of people out. If you like it check my post in the General area...I need some help!

Quick Deficiency Guide

Nitrogen: Entire plant is light green in color; lower leaves are yellow; growth is stunted....

Phosphorous: Entire plant is bluish-green, often developing a red or purpleish cast; lower leaves may be yellow, drying to a greenish-brown to black color; growth may be stunted...

Potassium: Leaves have a papery appearance; dead areas along the edges of leaves; growth is stunted...

Magnesium: Lower leaves turn yellow along the tips and margin and between the veins; the lower leaves wilt...

Calcium: Young stems and new leaves die...

Zinc: Leaf tissue between the veins is lighter in color; yellowed; papery in appearance...

Iron: Leaf tissue appears yellow, while the veins remain green...

Copper: Leaf edges appear dark green or blue; leaf edges curl upward; young leaves permanently wilt...

Sulfur: Young leaves turn pale green, while the older leaves remain green; plant is stunted and spindly...

Mananese: Growth is stunted; lower leaves have a checkered pattern of yellow and green...

Molybdenum: Leaves are stunted, pale green, and malformed...

Boron: Young leaves are scorched at tips and margins...

LOL.....Thats what these girls once looked like! Im so sad as this is my first grow.... So, what would I do if it WAS a Magnesium deficiency? Or a Mananese Deficiency? How would I correct that? What can I do to save them? As for what Ive done on my own so far, I went back and recalculated the manufactures instructions, and did exactly HALF of what it calls for, and STILL had to water it down to get my EC down to 1.4. PH was perfect at 5.6. I poured about 3/4 of a gallon into each of them, and will see how it works out for tomorrow. Also, on a different note, if Im PHing at 5.6 on the way in, what should I read in the overflow tray? The same, higher, or less? Thanks guys, let me also say WOW at the quick response.... Guess Ive found my new board to start using and logging a journal.

Bump.... So I PH'd at 5.8 going in, and the runoff is PH ing at 7.0 What the hell is going on? Or is runoff PH not a big deal? Im using Botanicare Coco, so its the best there it I believe. Is there something going on with the lady to make the PH go up so much inside the pot?

So are you saying cut back on the nutes? When I fed them last night, I PH'd at 5.8, and my EC was 1.4 (like 700 ppm)... They still dont look much better today. Although I was told from the start that they sit in the runoff and eat it up.... Which I think is my mistake.. I know with the coco you need to have at least a 10% overflow..... I have them in 7 gallon pots, so Do I really need 3/4 of a gallon runoff? And then that runoff is waste? Because I wasnt told that you need to empty that runoff water, and not let the girl sit in it. Is this Correct? It seems like I would be just wasting 3/4 of a gallon of water and nutrients... Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but like I said, It is my first actual medical grow... I spent ALOT of $$ setting up the perfect conditions, but I dont seem to have a 100% grasp on what Im doing as far as the feed... Please help.
