HELP !! Whats wrong ??

Help !!

These 2 clones are not doing well , the under leaves are brown and some are dead. But some seem to be ok , overall the plant looks like it is not going to make it. I have used a very good solid fertilizer planted in a good potting soil with a melch of old leaves and grass. The plant gets allot of sun. I am in Durban South Africa and summer has started the summer days are hot humid and long and I want the plants to be strong for the overdose of quality uninterrupted sun.

My eyes are bad as hell tonight but it looks like mold of some type. sorry if I'm way off.

ewwwwwww bud-rot , sorry I know its my first post but I have seen it enough to know it when I see it. I would trash it unless you want a headache. But maybe you would like to wait for a more senior member to chime in on for you. Anyways I think it usually comes from poor air circulation around your flowering sites, but I see you have it outside so I have to ask was it against something like a fence or wall or something similar, if so that was probably the culprit. better luck next time

So, since you said start of summer days I take it your days are still getting longer? that plant is in flowering mode, it is now starting to revert to veg, thats why you'll see deformed leaves and the buds dying. remove the part of the plant thats started to show this, looks like rot of some sort.

Maybe its a disease causing the buds to rot. It looks like your plant has been fed on by a few insects and some of them might have been carrying diseases. Has it been outdoors the whole time it was growing?
