Help! Why’s my plant growing so slow?

Damn sorry to hear that I hope mine survives im going to add aloe to the water I’ll see if it makes it and recharge is good I think I haven’t seen much growth with it but I saw some kind of boost but not sure if it’s july stretching or recharge everyone online all over vouches for it.
 
Yeah I took it out the ground wasn't getting enough sunlight only 6 to 7 hours top will post picture as I'm in process of transplanting now

You can grow with 6 to 7 hours actually everywhere online says make sure you get at least that much but transplant into pots is probably better now you can move to best location for morning at night & best afternoon location when the suns heading west
