Help wiring a 100a subpanel to my attic

I plan on running
8 x 1000w lights on 240 (39amps)
25000 btu AC on 240 (13amps)
An extra 120v outlet for other appliances (15amps)

I drew my plan out as it seems easier to show it than type an explanation. I own a sentinel controller for the 8 1000w lights.

Soooo I've never done any wiring but I respect electricity and feel I'm intelligent enough to wire something that is safe and professional.

Everything is going to be assumed as a continuous load as it surpasses the 3 hour limit to be classified as non continuous.

An attic? Sounds like residential, do you have enough spare amps from your main panel? If you do, it's as simple as installing a 100 amp main breaker in your main panel, a new 100 amp panel w/disconnect in your room and pulling wire.

Yes it is very residential. 2br house.

I have 2 empty 60a breakers in my box giving me room to upgrade. I can remove those and put the 100a breaker in.

I'm mainly concerned with my wire size and approach on the matter. I understand electricity is very dangerous and want to be sure I am safe with my wiring.

The biggest draw on my electrical is my electric stove. Which I don't really plan on using that much. I sure I can spare 100a. No washer or dryer. Nothing big is running.
