help with cfl lights please

iv got a 125 cfl blue 8000 lumen for 1 plant im thinkin of putting the same in but red for flower shoul i swap the bulbs or put both in ?? do u think that light is enough for a bit of personal please help any comments or critism?

use both if you can a mixed spectrum is best and that is plenty for 1 plant, check my goin loco (sig link) grow for tips

That light will be good for one plant! I would say, go for the red for flower, but use the blue too! The mixed spectrum (wider) and the more light per square foot, the better for your plant!

i would pick up a red one of the same kind, and have them both in at the same time.

yeah will do thanks am goin for a coco grow seed just germ today will take some pics in next couple of days any ideas of vent its a small stealth n cant fit much in would a 2 pc fans 1 in 1 out do the job u think
