Help with CFL's please !

Can someone with experience give me a good selection of CFL's to pick up to start a grow box with 2 plants. I have been looking for 100w 6500k and 5000k daylight but they are hard to find where i live for some reason :S Im in UK before anyone says home depot etc aha

The box dimensions are Height: 54" Width: 43" Depth: 20"

8 - CFL 26W min 40w Perferred per bulb @ 6500K.....This will be a great start

Are them watts the actual watt usage or equivelent ?
