Help with clones

I took some clones almost 2 weeks ago and they look great but no roots. I have them in my turbo clone 24 site. I ph water down to 5.7 cut my clones at a 45 degree angle dripped them in clone x and then straight in the machine. After 3 days I added rapid root and this is what I have after almost 2 weeks. Please help

Why are you trying to root stalks? I've always left a little foliage so she can photosynthesize while her roots are building. I would be amazed if anything grew out of that.

Agree. You have wasted time and plant material. Cloning works best with a dome. Unless they start looking soggy then remove the dome. You need some leaf surface to take advantage of photosynthesis.

If you have a fancy water cloner less is more. So skip the hormones, and rapid rooters and everything. Slightly lower ph can be beneficial. Water will do the job all on its on.

Lol ill admit I saw this at first too, but with just alittle reasoning skills I was able to figure out this is a picture of the bottom of the cloner tray. Not the top

That's the bottom of the clones for those without spacial reasoning skills lol. Probably got the brown slime have you been changing the water? I use uc roots in mine

My guess is they are getting too wet all the time...turn down the sprayers/air bubbles.
Also make sure no light is getting in the container through lines/lid/sides of water res..etc.
Same reason it takes longer to root in just plain water compared to other methods that hide/shade the root.

Mak’er grow. Good advice I’ll try turning down the water sprayer. Thanks. Should I take new cuttings ?
Everywhere you see that white bump starting is roots beginning...so if I remember right a few in the pic look like they are almost starting to turn the bump to string like/root as they grow in length...I'd give them a few more days just to see.
I take clones all the time myself...just to be sure and have a backup plan if needed...toss what doesn't get used or 'gift' it, but my setup is also perpetual.
