Help With Clones!

Hey guys way new to growing. I have been running 2 lights, 1000w and a 400w 20 hours on 4 hours off vegging these clones right now. I was waiting until the end of the week to change them into a hydro setup but i am waiting on our hydro guy to come do this. But in the mean time a couple of the clones are starting to look a little unhealthy. They are not as perky as some others and look like they need some attention. Just seeing what little things i can do. Anything helps. Thanks.

I don't know all the specifics of your setup but, you are wasting light. Clones need very little light. 4 cfl's would be better than what you have right now. They are getting to much light.

For sure. We need to transplant. Can anyone point me in the good direction of a diy transplant? Or tell me quickly how to do it? As for now we shut off the lights and are letting em chill for a little bit. It seems like they were just getting fucked by all the lights so much. Is this a bad idea?

just get bigger pots and more of the soil you are using. put some fresh soil in new pot, take the plant palm the top with your hand and make sure you support the stem between fingers and flip. should come right out maybe a shake or 2. now place that in the other pot finish coveriing with soil.
