Help with Custom sized grow tent for medical grow

Hi guy,

Just got the card and am getting all the preparation ready to get going. Due to the space I am working with I am constricted with height. Due to a large personal time constrain, work/school, I do not have the time to build this my self. I am looking for some help with finding a grow tent that is no taller than 72'', but larger than the standard 24'"*48. The length * width of the space I am working with is max of 80'' * 50'', the perfect size tent would be of about 72'' * 48 '' * 72 '', but I know everything cant be perfect. I have looked though every tent I can find, from the genetic china made tents for 50 bucks to the $500+ versions, but any that are close to that size are 78 tall which will just not work in any circumstance. I am willing to modify the size of the tent if it will keep its structural integrity but rather not. I am open to any recommendations!

I'd say use schedule40 pvc fittings and pipe, then cover it with panda poly using a hot glue gun at the pipe frames. You can get a tarp zipper from the paint department at the big box stores.
Sounds like building one is your only really viable option for taking full advantage of the space you have available.

Any tips on the material? I like the material the grow tents are made from instead of poly. I have worked with poly and it does break very easily. You are saying the hot glue is enough to keep everything together?
