Help With Foxfarm Bloom

so just got a quart of Big Bloom Foxfarm plant food. my girls are 6 days into flowering i watered them 3 days ago. I have two plants i was wondering how much foxfarm solution i should mix with water to water the plants correctly without burning them. Here are the sizes of my plants. PLEASE HELP ME!

How much does it say? Use about 50% of that, and see what happens. If they do good, then next week, use a little more. Just slowly increase every week. And dont give them nutes every watering. Once a week.
