Looks like its dying??

Need a bit more than that dude...how close are they to the lights? what lights are you using? Are you feeding them? IF SO STOP FOR A COUPLE WEEKS...are you maybe over-watering them?, they should only need watering once a week at most for the first 3 weeks...

Sorry if you think this stuff is insulting but I dunno how much experience you've got/had with seedlings coz you've not posted on here a lot...oh yeah - you wanna clone after about 2 months, once the side branches have sufficiently thick stems (2-3mm IME...) and at least 3 nodes

Next time germinate your seeds in awet paper towel on aplate covered with another plate in a warm, dark area. Soak them in water overnight first.

Poke a stick into soil see if its wet. Maybe its the excitement but i always accidentally over water when there small, thinking more water more growth, but roots need o2 too try mixing some perlite and vermiculite with the soil

I always found planting my seed in soil and keeping it warm and moist was the LEAST problematical. Just as nature intended.

Paper towels and rockwool are simply not needed to grow successfully.

If I had told my grandad that he should put his tomato seeds in a little paper towel until they sprout he would have thought I was totally bonkers.
