Just wondering what kind of deficiency is this? plants are kinda spotty. i know the line bugs are responsible for the weird white lines. i don't see any kind of spidermite problem since i don't see anything under the leaves

all i could tell is that if leaves are getting pale, it would mean there's an N deficiency.

and what would possibly cause the pistils of the top part of the plant to brown faster amongst other buds in the lower site?

it's an outdoor plant and it's swazi skunk.

You can try neem, but it probably won't do much good. Its more useful as preventative. Don't spray your buds.
understood. i was thinking of spraying a pepper garlic mix spray. then spray with a few days or a week after. (avoiding buds of course)
