Help with lighting!?

Hey, I just purchased a 36"x20"x62" grow tent this will be my first grow, im looking to buy a light now.. I'm looking at growing about 3-4 plants. Which light would you suggest for this amount of space, a T5 4lamp or 400w HPS light. Will either work for that many plants? Or should I just go with the HPS?

400w with cooltube or air cooled hood. It'll heat up a lot, but you'll end up with a far better grow. For such a small space, you'll want an inline fan as well (recommend get a carbon filter too).
