how far should i put a 60w sun light i got from the hydroponics store from the topo of a brand new clone?

Explain what light your using alittle better..im not to sure what a sunlight is?

I have no idea, but here's how you can find out yourself.

Strech your hand, palm up, next to the top of the plant and keep ot there for a minute. If it feels hot, it's over 45C, so it's too hot for the plant, light need to be further away. If it feels comfortably warm, you're ok.
