EDIT: looks like ventilation could become a problem in that space. Can you make hole in the walls that lead to outside for intake\outtake fans?

thats not true, many people use hps for veg and flower. color spectrum is alot less important that people would have you believe. trust me

veg under cfls for the first week(2 max), use like 1-2 42w 6500k cfls on 24/0 per plant

im prob gunna buy a coupla cfls, how many will i need for like 4 plants would one
if i have a 600w watt gro light is there any point in me buying more than one 125w cfl blue spectrum (£18.95)for vegging, or will i need more than that for 4 plants until they are grown enough to use the 600w grow light?
