help with mold

got my plants growing all perfectly fine but today on top of the soil there is dark green stuff it looks like mold

what can i do 2 get rid of this shit:cry:

are u givin your plants to much water also have u got the air moving in your greenhouse ie a fan?

Hey, at least it's on the soil, where you can simply scoop it off and slow down on your watering and/or increase your air-flow.

it's normal and doesn't affect the growth of the plant. If you don't like the look of it just scrap it off, however the humidity will bring it back. to correct without changing humidity levels, just put a dressing on top when you transplant. expanded clay, mulch, anything inert really.

wouldent a peroxide soultion help get rid of it?
i just put some sand ontop of my soil to keep gnats our and a weeks later it started moulding, so i scraped it of and thinking of putting a peroxide solution in a few waters to help it out.

How in the heck do you get mold on sand?:confused:
