Help with mushroom kit

hey guys hoping to get a little help

here after doing a few plants , think im gunna try grow a few mushrooms..but i dont know where to start
read a bit but hasnt been too much help.. got a few question to ask or even if someone can direct me to a guide or video id appreciate it....

was thinking of using this site as in Canada

says i need to get spores separately , not sure where to get them or if i need the syringe or something else ..

also do they need light dark, im sure the humidity and temp of the room make a difference as well

please help!! need some basic before i go spend some money

okay but if i get pint jars and a pressure cooker where to go from there? i need a guide i have no idea what to do


and does the temp of the room matter and they need to alwasy in dark?
